Department

Department is a grouping done on the users. Each user is classified under their own specific department so that they can keep track of the items that comes under their department.

UID

This is the unique identification code generated by the system for every department.

Name

This is the name of the department.

Remark

This is a field to enter any additional information or remark regarding this department.

Min. stock required period

This is the miniumum number of weeks within which the stock is to be retained.

Alert Team

This is the name of the team which is to be notified incase of any alert needs to be passed

Allowed Variation Percentage

This is the maximum percentage in variation allowed to keep the stcok in track

Indent template creation team

This is the name of the team which creates the indent for the purchase of products that comes under this particular department

Round off Method

This is the method for round off to be selected regarding the purchase quantity whether floor value or ceil value.
